Let's face it. Cigarettes taste bad. They irritate your throat. They put injurious chemical compounds into your body. They make you stink. They make you feel irritable. There is certainly nothing good about cigarettes.
If you could go back in time and know what you know now, you never would have touched a cigarette.
The actual fact is, when you stop smoking, you will never give up smoking. There's nothing of any value to give up.
